All friends and watchers, please read this!

Alright, so I’ve been looking for an online class with a real teacher who actually gives homework and grades said homework so that I can have an art class. My school schedule is filled up, and will be until I’m a Junior. (Or maybe Senior…I need to look that up.) I know my gallery isn’t very full, but that’s because I’m a lazy bum. I actually have a few drawings laying around that I’m quite proud of, but need to be scanned and colored.
Anywho, every year since kindergarten, I’ve had some kind of art requirement, and I’m figuratively dying now that I don’t. The online search has FAILED, so I introduce you to Dogeye’s School of Self Teaching.
I’m going to make myself a curriculum, complete with assignments and maybe tests. If I don’t turn them in (upload to devArt) on time, I’ll have to think of a punishment.
So, why did I ask you all to read this? Because there are some things I’d love your help on.

A) I’d love to have “assessors” to “grade” my assignments. People experienced in photography, digital coloring, traditional coloring, and photo-manipulation, please note me! I will think of nice rewards for my assessors, promise!
B) Like I said, I need a curriculum. If you have ideas for “assignments,” please either comment here or note me. If I use your idea, I’ll credit you in the artist description. ^^
C) Do you have ideas for rewards/punishments if I do a great job or don’t turn in something on time? I thought maybe donating a dollar to the SPCA every day it’s late…but that’s not a real punishment…so, ideas?
D) I need a rubric for my assessors to grade against. I’ll probably make this myself, but ideas are always nice. ^^
